FOR SALE - PRIME SAN JUANICO LOT IN AYALA ALABANG VILLAGE

SAN JUANICO LOT 782 SQUARE METERS
FOR SALE AT AYALA ALABANG VILLAGE

In major subdivisions such as Ayala Alabang Village, resident owners prefer to build their houses in main road locations. Thus, main road lots such as San Juanico Street are the first to become fully occupied over the years.

San Juanico is a wide four lane street that is also considered to be a secondary thoroughfare similar to Madrigal Avenue. In this street alone, there are very few vacant lots available for sale. Most lots have existing structures already that become an additional expense and a construction burden to an owner wanting to build a new house.

Since vacant lots are hard to come by, it is a rare opportunity to be able to find one selling in a preferred location such as San Juanico Street. If you are interested in residing in Ayala Alabang Village, take advantage of this lot availability while it is still available.

Prime (rectangular cut) North-facing vacant residential lot of 782 square meters situated at San Juanico Street, Ayala Alabang Village.  P220,000 per square meter for DIRECT BUYERS only.  Kindly call 09179260300 for more details.

BRIEF HISTORY OF BARANGAY AYALA ALABANG

Ayala Alabang, in terms of total land area, is the third largest barangay in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines. A large portion of it came from Barangay Alabang. Its land area of 6.949 square kilometers (2.683 square miles) includes Alabang Town Center, Ayala Alabang Village, El Molito, Madrigal Business Park, and Alabang Golf & Country Club. Barangay Ayala Alabang is located around 13 miles (21 km) south of the capital Manila.

Barangay Ayala Alabang was created by Batas Pambansa Bilang 219 on March 25, 1982 initially named as Barangay New Alabang Village. It was originally a part of Barangay Alabang prior to the separation.

In compliance of Section 3 of Batas Pambansa Bilang 219, which provides that "the first barangay officials shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines and shall hold office until their successors shall have been elected or appointed and qualified", then-President Ferdinand E. Marcos appointed Enrique Zóbel de Ayala as the first Barangay Chairman, with Gumersindo Leuterio, Benito Araneta, Edgardo Gatchalián, Mario Torcuator, Jaime Matiás, and Íñigo Zóbel as the first seven Kagawad (councilors).

The first officially elected Barangay Chairman was Vicente Chua who was inducted in 1989, along with Kagawads Oscar Antiquera, Alfred Xerez-Burgos Jr., Francisco Umali, Wilma Pálafox, Rolando Pineda, and Ramón Fernández.

The name was later changed to Barangay Ayala Alabang in November 2003, after a public hearing conducted by the Muntinlupa City Government for this purpose, although New Alabang Village is still used as the barangay's alternative name.
